General meetings of the Association are held on the last Thursday of each month in the Bundeena Community Centre, from 7pm . All members and interested residents are encouraged to attend and have a voice on issues affecting our community. Upcoming general meeting dates are listed below, and a complete schedule of general meeting dates can be found in the community calendar.
The next Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at 7pm on 25 September 2025 at the Bundeena Community Centre, 37 Liverpool St Bundeena. Members of the Associaton can submit nominations for election to the Executive Committee using the Nomination of Office form.
Members who are unable to attend a specific general meeting can authorise another person (who must also be a member of the Association ) to vote on their behalf by downloading our Appointment of Proxy form and returning the completed form to the Association Secretary at least 24 hours before the meeting.

A Candidates Forum was held in the Bundeena Community Centre on Thursday 24 April 2025, atttended by the following candidates for the Federal seat of Hughes:

Political candidates standing for the seat of Heathcote at the NSW State election on 25 March 2023 attended a forum organised by the Bundeena Progress Association to answer questions from Bundeena residents. Lee Evans MP (Liberal), Maryanne Stuart (Labor) and Cooper Riach (Greens) spoke with a group of 90 plus residents on a range of topics of concern to the local community, including:
Access to Bundeena, including Audley Weir, road maintenance and public transport
Visitation management and infrastructure (traffic volumes, parking, toilets, littering)
Emergency services (ambulance, fire services, SES)
Conservation of Spring Gully
Energy security in a changing climate (provision of a community battery, maximising locally generated solar energy and stabilising the grid, energy resilience during natural disasters)
Peabody mine pollution of the Royal National Park and Port Hacking and longwall mining under the Woronora Reservoir
